When do I pay?

You only pay for our services after the furniture has been assembled to your satisfaction. 


What hours do you work?

We know people are very busy nowadays, so we are able to come any time and day you need us.

How soon can you come?

If we have no bookings, we can offer you a next day or even the same day appointment.

What to do if I want to cancel the appointment?

No problem, just contact us as soon as you can (ideally 24 hours prior to an organized assembly). 
However, if an assembler arrives at the premises without prior notice of cancellation, a call-out fee of £50 will be charged.

What if there are parts missing?

Our assemblers carry some spares; however, some omissions may prevent completion of the job.
If this is the case, we will advise exactly what the problem is and how to sort it.

What if the furniture is damaged?

Our Assembler will inspect the parts before and during assembly, and will draw your attention to any damage as soon as it comes to light. A decision can then be made as to how to proceed. In the unlikely event that our assembler damages your furniture we will ensure we rectify or replace the damage to your satisfaction.
  
Is your work guaranteed?

Apart from the manufacturers guarantee, we guarantee our workmanship for 12 months. You can rest assured that your furniture will be built as it should be.

What if I want my furniture fixed to the wall?

For wall fixing, we charge an additional £10 per item fixed.
We can only fix units to the wall with the consent of the homeowner. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility for any damage which may be caused. We would also need to know about any wall fixing required in advance to ensure we have the correct tools and fixings to hand.

Do you remove waste packaging?

No, if we remove waste it becomes commercial waste and is then subject to legal requirements, and the Duty of Care.  
If someone is removing waste free of charge then they might be breaking the law.

What about parking?

Any parking costs will be added onto the final bill; the client is responsible for parking fees or visitors’ permits. If there is limited or no parking in front of the building, please make us aware of this at the time of ordering.

Do you assemble furniture from all suppliers?

We can assemble anything.
